Business Manager - BM
Main Mission:
He/she manages the entire process of developing sales and managing a customer portfolio in the digital and cybersecurity sectors. He/she is responsible for contract prospecting and negotiation.
Key Activities:
Business Development:
• Identification of prospects within your customer perimeter (account mapping, understanding of their business, technological and organizational challenges);
• Multi-channel prospecting (telephone and digital);
• Setting up customer meetings to present our full range of products and services;
• Responding to calls for tender and drawing up sales proposals;
• Support, negotiate and conclude contracts with key accounts;
• Implementing a sales development strategy within your area of responsibility, in liaison with your line manager.
Recruitment:
• Detection of the best candidates on our database, job boards and sourcing tools;
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates' technical and soft skills;
• Present our career opportunities and offer to future consultants;
Management:
• Monitoring the progress of our employees' assignments and their integration into our customers' teams;
• Participate in building consultant loyalty (organization of follow-up meetings, team lunches, afterwork sessions, etc.).
To be successful, you should be/have:

• Sense of customer service
• Discretion, respect for confidentiality
