• You have a master’s degree
Any master, actually. With maximum 3 years work experience.
• You are a tech, data or digital savvy
Then you’re in for a treat. And a lot of learning too during our bootcamps hosted by experts.

• You say yes, fluently
No matter what language you speak at home or among friends, English (level C1) is a piece of cake.
• You are curious (relentlessly)
You want to know everything about as many things as possible. And if you don’t know it, you want to learn it. Comfort zones are a joke to you.

What you’ll do
Take on 3 to 4 different roles and assignments with end-to-end responsibility and impact across the entire organisation:
• Continue and boost the agile transformation within IT.
• Support money transfer modernisation projects.
• Contribute to projects that enhance reporting, monitoring and customer onboarding.
• Help map our IT talents and needs. And see if we have the right skills and expertise to grow.
• Build and share knowledge.
• Work on cross-divisions initiatives and projects.
