Within the HR Technology team, through what we do, we keep the people at the core as we help transform the technology which empowers them. We proactively co-create and co-innovate solutions for our customers. Our major objective is to support our clients in their HR Transformations projects and to make sure these projects are successful.

As an HR Technology Associate (m/f/d), you will:
- Assist customers with the selection, implementation and improvement of their HRIS, while focusing on employee engagement
- Help customers define their business requirements, challenge them and provide advice based on best practices
- Design and optimise HR business processes, in line with business requirements and best practices
- Support on one or more functional streams (ex: Compensation, Talent & Performance, HR Reporting, etc.) during HRIS implementation projects
- Configure and implement HRIS and services for national and international customers
- Organise trainings for the customers for a self-dependent utilisation of their new HRIS

Your profile

- You hold a Master’s degree in HR/Business Management and/or IT Management
- You have a first professional experience in HR or in HRIS
- Any exposure to a HR/Payroll System, either local or regional, from a configuration perspective is an advantage.
-  Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is a plus
