Junior Consultant Transfer Pricing (starting September 2025)
To support the growth of our Audit & Assurance business line, we are looking for a Junior Manager in Audit for various regions.

What will you be doing?
As an audit professional, under the supervision of a manager, you will provide audit work and advice to numerous clients (SMEs, large international and listed companies in various sectors). Your role consists of leading and monitoring projects, supervising employees and reporting to managers. In addition, you are the first point of contact for the client.
You are responsible for the independent handling of important audit files. This includes the following:
- The execution and coordination of financial audit assignments for various medium and large companies, including the preparation of opinion letters and discussing them with management
- You are responsible for, or contribute to, the development of audit programmes, organisation and planning of the audit, including discussions with the various people responsible
- You check the economic and financial information for works councils and prepare the formalities for Works Council, General Meeting... of your clients
- You provide permanent advice on administrative organisation, internal control procedures and controls in the various branches
- You provide assistance in the preparation of official (consolidated) annual accounts, tax returns, legal assignments including mergers and demergers, contributions in kind and due diligence audits
To always strive to be as efficient as possible, as a BDO auditor you will closely follow new technologies. Our BDO Academy guarantees the further refinement of your professional knowledge, supplemented by opportunities for external training.
What do you bring to the table?
- Higher economic education - Master's degree in TEW, commercial sciences or commercial engineering, possibly supplemented by a postgraduate degree in a financial-economic field
- Minimum 3 years of professional auditing experience
- Company auditor or trainee company auditor
- You have an open, assertive and diplomatic personality and are able to build relationships and gain credibility throughout all levels of the organisation
- You are flexible, like to act proactively and can work in a changing environment
- Born as a people manager
- Ambition to grow throughout the organisation
