The Role:
As a Managing Director, your primary mission will be to transform our company into a major force in the real estate industry, all while upholding our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. You will provide clear direction, set ambitious goals, and create an environment that encourages innovation and creativity within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspirational Leadership: Lead a talented team to excellence by providing a clear vision and setting ambitious goals, fostering innovation, and creativity.
- Operational Management: Take charge of the entire operational process, from A to Z, by ensuring that internal processes are optimized for maximum efficiency. You will be the driving force behind the company's transformation.
- Sales Growth: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and increase Certinergie's revenue. You will be the catalyst for our growth.
- Strategic Marketing: Lead the creation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to promote Certinergie in the market. Your creativity will be the key to our visibility.
- Bilingual NL-FR: Proficiency in Dutch and French is essential for effective work in Belgium.
- Growth Management: Oversee a 10 million euro structure and lead it to achieve 25 million euros in revenue by leveraging the full growth potential of the company.
- Building an Ecosystem: Certinergie encompasses various entities, including Certinergie.immo, Bypro, Whynot SaaS Immobilier. Our goal is to construct a comprehensive real estate ecosystem using the data we collect to offer more value to our clients.
Required Qualifications:
You have a background in commercial engineering or an equivalent field.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for innovation, and a strategic vision.
- Your leadership skills are exceptional, and you have a proven ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
- You have strong sales and negotiation skills and a track record of success.
- You have excellent proficiency in both Dutch and French, both oral and written.
- You thrive in a fast-growing environment and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in successful entrepreneurial projects or startups.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of 120,000 euros per year.
- Potential bonus of 100,000 euros per year based on performance.
