What are you signing up for?
24 months of giving it your best. Just like we’ll give it ours. To transform Supply Chain at ArcelorMittal and bring it to the next level: Industry 4.0. By harmonising and optimising processes and systems. In different roles, assignments and possibly various countries across Europe.

What roles will you take on?
That partially depends on your talents and interests. Still, the best way to find out what fits best, is to just try them on. Here’s what your impact would or could be:
- Capture best practices from the different European sites.
- Design new supply chain processes with insights from field experts.
- Present solutions in front of key stakeholders.
- Align on the development with IT system architects and analysts by taking up the role of a product owner in an agile/scrum environment
- Take on the change management role and make sure the new way of working sticks.
- Support the rollout of the new system in the different European sites.
- Train and coach local project teams.

This could be you because ...
- you have a master’s degree,
- with a max of 3 years work experience.
- next to Dutch or French, you are fluent in English.
- you have a natural interest in supply chain, logistics and customer services
- and a feel for IT, technology and digital.
