Description
Our Risk & Quality department in Advisory is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Within our Risk & Quality department, you will be part of the R&Q Team taking care of ensuring compliance with applicable laws and network standards for matters related to R&Q. Moreover you will support our client facing teams in performing their necessary front-line compliance duties.
As a R&Q Associate/Senior Associate (m/f/d), you will work under the supervision of a R&Q specialist on a daily basis and you will be involved in the following tasks:
Daily R&Q support to Advisory R&Q (i.e. consultation requests)
- First filter of R&Q consultations questions (i.e. liaise with other teams when relevant);
Reviews
- Assistance consisting of preparation of questionnaires, planning debriefing meetings, follow-up;
Recognition and Accountability Framework
- Assistance for KPIs for PDM and staff;
Joint Business relationships (JBRs)
- Follow-up of pending JBR questionnaires
- First-line help desk for the Advisory engagement teams
Information protection
Exit procedure: Assistance in monitoring compliance of staff exit procedure (follow-up IT security restrictions of leavers) ;
Clean desk policy: Assistance in organising & perform
Trainee ‘s reports: Assistance in following-up of trainees’ report
ADAM – Engagement documentation repository
- Handling access and unarchiving requests;
- Update of user guide
R&Q trainings (Seminar + Trainings New entries)
- Planning, coordination with L&D, update of slides;
- Follow-up attendance to mandatory firm’s trainings;
Meetings
- QRM meetings (assistance in planning/agenda)
Your profile
- You hold a university degree (at least Bac+3) in a relevant field;
- You have a first experience in Compliance (internships included);
- You have great communication skills and are able to build good relationships;
- You have a good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, etc.);
- You have an excellent command of English and French (mandatory);
- German as well as affinity with legal and contractual matters are considered as an asset;
- You have a strong sense of confidentiality and can deal with sensitive information;
- You are client-service oriented;
- You have a proactive behaviour with strong analytical skills and are able to multitasks;
- You are able to meet deadlines and to follow instructions.
