This conference will shift the lens toward the human and ethical core of leadership itself. The question is no longer simply how organizations govern responsibly, but who leaders must become and what values must anchor their decisions in a world where competitive advantage alone is no longer sufficient.

Beyond competition is a joint project that reunites business schools of Belgium (UCLouvain-LSM, UGent-FEB, ULB-Solvay, VUB-Solvay, ICHEC, University of Antwerp-MNG, ULiege-HEC Liege, UMons - Warocuqé). They decided to join forces to develop common knowledge and practices for their stakeholders around Ethics, Responsibility & Sustainability (ERS) as well as social impact. This conference takes place in the ALUMNI project of Beyond Competition.
