The introduction of a new product or service always involves change, but how to manage it?
Based on practical cases, this workshop will allow you to :

  • Learn more about people’s reaction to change
  • Learn more about how to guide people in a correct way through this change
  • Get ready to steer change in the right direction

In one word, being more confident in Change Management, because Change is difficult... but not Changing can be fatal!
