We are pleased to invite you to the next ICHEC Alumni session around Customer Experience and Disruptive Selling – the essential techniques to turn opportunities into results. This inspirational talk will be hosted by Patrick Maes, Founder and CEO of international consultancy firm CPI and award nominated author of the book “Disruptive Selling”.

In this interactive session you will get an exclusive look at changes in sales, marketing, and service and the application of Artificial Intelligence in the customer engagement domain.
